My package arrived damaged
Are items damaged or missing from shipping? In this case, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service within 7 working days of delivery.

Please bring the damaged package with the remaining contents to the post office that delivered the package. Then send us the stamped copy by email or PDF. As soon as we have received the PDF or the picture from you, we will arrange for it to be forwarded, provided the items are in stock.
Our customer service will then inform you about the further process.

My delivery address differs from the billing address. Is this a problem?
