 You can cancel orders within 14 days of receipt and return them to us.

You can also contact customer service support@miglor.com. We also ask you to indicate the reason for the return and if there is any damage to send us the photo. Please enter your order number under "Subject".

In the case of clearly worn or washed items, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange. 

Since we work environmentally friendly, we avoid any unnecessary returns. Free return within Austria possible.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was placed

For mystery boxes or personalized items there is no right to refunds but if the wrong size was ordered, there is the possibility to exchange it for the right size for free!
